Add grounds

Spoon medium-coarse coffee into the phin, level it, and seat the gravity press.

Bloom

Pour a little hot water to wet the grounds; wait about 30 seconds.

Brew

Fill the phin, cap it, and let it drip slowly for 4-5 minutes.

Serve

Stir over condensed milk, or pour over ice.
