Checked against

Fellow's Opus "Get to Know You Guide", page 5. Read September 07, 2026.

Fellow's guide prints no ranges. Page 5 is a numbered axis with a labelled bracket drawn over it per method, so every figure here was read off that drawing. Each bracket resolved to a whole number, which is the check that it was read right rather than nearly right.

The axis is in numbers and the dial is in settings, and Fellow states both on the same page: it runs "to coarse (11)" with "41 settings in all". Eleven numbers over ten intervals of four gives exactly 41, so each number is four settings — arithmetic the maker's own two figures determine rather than a curve fitted to them.

Cupping and Electric Coffee Maker share one bracket here, from 7 to 9, with two leader lines dropping into a single rule — worth checking closely, because a merged pair and a single band look identical at a glance. Only Electric Coffee Maker is mapped, to drip; cupping is left alone, since this site does not chart it and mis-labelling exactly that band once cost the Ode Gen 2 its curve.

"Prismo" is a pressure attachment rather than a brew method, and is deliberately not mapped to espresso.

6 of these 19 settings are Fellow's own published figures. The rest are worked out from this grinder's range. Start there and adjust to taste.

Not directly — every grinder's scale is arbitrary, so a number that works on one model won't match the Fellow Opus. Match the micron range instead, using the chart above.
