Comandante draws a chart rather than printing a table, so these bands were read off page 12 rather than copied from a list. The reading checks against a landmark the manual states in words: the factory-setting marker falls where its own caption says it does, at 24 clicks.
The bands are drawn with soft, faded ends rather than hard edges, so each figure here is good to about one click either way. They are recorded as they were read rather than rounded to look more precise than they are.
What the chart calls "Bialetti" is moka pot, and "cezve / ibrik" is Turkish. It draws a single band for filter brewing, so drip and V60 both read off that one. AeroPress is not on the chart at all, and no band has been invented for it.
Reading the chart changed this page. The settings here before it were espresso 5-14, moka 12-15, AeroPress 14-20, V60 18-28 and chemex 24-28, filed under Comandante's name. Two of those asserted bands Comandante never drew, moka is really 14-19 and chemex 28-34, and there was no Turkish row at all — even though the finest band on the chart is the cezve.
