Niche Zero について
Niche Zero は電動グラインダーで、63 mmのコニカル刃を備え、無段階調整です。最も粗い設定でも約1161µmまでしか届かないため、パーコレーター、フレンチプレス、コールドブリューはこの範囲から部分的に外れます。1クリックあたり、挽き目は約20µm変化します。

This page used to carry numbers filed under Niche's own name, as though they came out of the box with the grinder. They did not. The instruction leaflet Niche ships carries no per-method table at all — it says only that the grinder is "factory calibrated and adjusted to setting 20".
Niche does publish a table, on its own site, and checking against it was not close. Four of the five methods Niche names were wrong here, and three had no overlap with the maker's band whatsoever: we had AeroPress at 12-18 where Niche says 30-35, V60 at 18-22 against 35-45, moka at 14-18 against 20-30. Anyone following this page was grinding up to 2.3 times finer than Niche recommends.
The five methods Niche names are now Niche's own figures. Drip, chemex and cold brew were dropped rather than kept under a maker's name the maker never gave them — they are interpolated between the five, which is both honest and, for the first time on this grinder, anchored to something published. The old cold-brew row also ran to 55 on a dial that stops at 50, so it was printing a setting the machine cannot be set to.
The table's numbers were read out of the page's own HTML rather than off a rendering of it. The neighbouring Niche Duo column holds different numbers in every row, and one mis-read cell has already cost this catalogue a whole grinder's curve.
